About MaisonVin

MaisonVin is a platform for wine collectors to discover, share, and connect around their passion for wine. By creating an account and using MaisonVin, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before using the platform.

Eligibility

You must be at least 21 years old to use MaisonVin. By registering, you confirm that you meet this requirement and that the information you provide is accurate and up to date.

Your account

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, notify us immediately at support@maisonvin.com.

You may not create accounts for others without their permission, impersonate another person, or use automated tools to create or manage accounts.

User content

You retain ownership of the content you post on MaisonVin, including photos, reviews, and collection data. By posting content, you grant MaisonVin a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to display, distribute, and promote that content within the platform.

You are solely responsible for the accuracy and legality of the content you share.

Privacy

Your use of MaisonVin is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal data. By using the platform, you agree to our data practices as described in the Privacy Policy.

Events

MaisonVin allows users to create and join wine-related events. Event hosts are responsible for ensuring their events comply with applicable local laws, including regulations around the serving and consumption of alcohol. MaisonVin is not liable for any incidents that occur at user-organised events.

If you cancel participation in an event as a host, standard cancellation rules apply and penalties may be issued as outlined in the event policy.

Intellectual property

All content, design, logos, and trademarks on MaisonVin that are not user-generated are the exclusive property of MaisonVin. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from this material without prior written permission.

Disclaimers

MaisonVin is provided on an "as is" basis. We make no guarantees regarding the availability, accuracy, or reliability of the platform. We are not responsible for any loss or damage resulting from your use of MaisonVin, including loss of data, missed events, or interactions with other users.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, MaisonVin shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Account termination

MaisonVin reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate your account if you violate these Terms & Conditions, engage in harmful behaviour towards other users, or misuse the platform in any way.

You may delete your account at any time from Account Settings. Upon deletion, your data will be permanently removed after a 30-day grace period.

Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. When we do, we will update the version number and "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of MaisonVin after changes are published constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.

Governing law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes arising from your use of MaisonVin shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts.
